Lively welcome. We were able to pick any table. Their service was attentive, my water and hot tea stayed full. My salmon sushi and rock and roll were yummy. The rock and roll was larger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I loved the cozy decor with its bamboo and swirly, wavy accents. My favorite part was the women's Elite 8 basketball game playing on the tv.

Managed to come here in person after getting delivery from them first and it's AMAZING. We ordered the same rolls, because not only were they delicious, but we also wanted to have an accurate comparison. We were already impressed with the delivered rolls and in person they're 10x better. The flavors are intense and blend together nicely, the presentation is beautiful, and they're freshly prepared so the rolls with seared fish have an incredible smokey flavor and aroma. As far as the service, we happened to go when it was slow and our server was very kind and attentive. Additionally, the chef made small talk with us and recommended other rolls he thought we'd enjoy next time based on what we ordered. I can say with complete certainty now that this is our favorite sushi restaurant, and we'll definitely be coming here a lot more!

Delicious rolls! I absolutely loved the Naruto roll wrapped with the cucumber and the Utah roll. Service was good and consistent!

Haven't been in years and still one of the best spots in Nola for sushi. Brees roll Fuji 1or 2 and shrimp fried rice can't go wrong. Everything was amazing

This sushi restaurant is a hidden gem in a strip mall located in Metairie off Veterans. My sis and I wanted sushi but didn't want to head uptown, so we took a chance on Fuji Sushi. The food was very good and tasty. We started with dumplings and miso soup. Then we ordered three rolls of sushi. Very fresh and yummy. The locals near the strip mall are regulars, for what I could see. Service was great. Wait staff was always asking if you needed anything else. I will return the next time I am in NOLA.

My favorite Sushi spot in Louisiana. No-frills dining, with a cute seating space. I'd definitely recommend checking out the specials on the wall, specifically the Toro. I could order 20 pieces of the Toro and it would not be enough. The service is VERY friendly, and everyone here is super nice and welcoming! The Tuna tataki is so good it should be mandatory.

Traveling for Business stopped at a couple sushi bars close to my hotel and the third one on my third day happen to be Fuji sushi so far I've eaten there three times. It's a great sushi bar/ restaurant . Besides having the sushi rolls and popular sushi fish ..They have odd/ not the norm fish that are spectacular from the Uni to, the Toro and bluefin tuna and some other fish with crazy names but it's so delicious. Also they're Japanese Wagyu beef is to die for and it certified ... everything's very fresh reasonably priced and delicious. I've been back there three times in the last week and a half and I will be going again in a couple of days ..

I love this hidden gem. I started coming here a few years ago and have been impressed ever since then. The food portions are great. The price is good too. Every time that I have eaten here or have done takeout everyone is always so kind and in a good mood. They are also kid friendly which is always a great thing. My fav go to is the Utah roll and the snow crab roll. Tonight I actually tried the fried rice and it was divine . If you haven't checked this spot out please do and support local.
